NO, you said he sent a directive to stand up for SF bashing. Did the SF bashing start within 24 hours before they even had a chance to work the claims. BTW, you stil ocnveniently evade the punitive judements in OKLA and MISS. All the defense attorneys I know tell me that without SF there would be minimal bad caselaw against insurance companies.

I misspoke. I meant he sent a directive the day after the storm hit to all associates, not that he was asking folks to respond to the recent State Farm bashing. I am doing that of my own accord. And we are a big target, so of course the legal community is going to go after the deepest pockets.

Just read my post nad I made it very clear what our CEO was asking us to do and it had nothing to do with responding to State Farm bashing. If you are going to respond, respond in context and read the post.

Punative damages Miss & Okla. You remain deathly silent on those issues.

Punitive damages mean nothing initially. We have been hit before with damages only to have appellate and the Supreme Court overrule it. You seem stuck on that issue and it\’s not even over yet.

An old woman was awarded punitive damages for spilling hot coffee on her crotch. Did she deserve it? Hell no. Did the courts uphold it? Hell no, because it was unjustified. So get off the punitive damages thing. It means nothing.

you should probably check your facts about Okla. It is over and a done deal. Misissippi will not get any better for SF, only worse. I go back to my original statement, \”Had SF paid what they owed in the first place and acted with integrity, it would all be behind us now.\” And BTW, at an extremely lessser cost to SF, both publicity wise and dollars and cents wise!!!

OK, I have been respectful up to this point, by adjusterjoe or whatever your name is, you are a clown. That case is still pending in appellate court. Good grief, get your own facts straight before you start telling others to do so.

Mississippi is still pending but Okla is a done deal. And from what I heard, the criminal Grand Jury with Lecky King and Mr. Rust and Dave Randel can be reconveigned.

Wrong again. Oklahoma was appealed on May 18, 2006 and still has not been heard because attorneys on both sides are making filings that put it off. It is now scheduled to be heard in July. I get it, you hate State Farm. Fine, you entitled to feel however you want. But don\’t talk about things you know nothing about. \”And from what I heard\” means nothing. I am bringing you facts and you come back with hearsay.
