Mississippi is still pending but Okla is a done deal. And from what I heard, the criminal Grand Jury with Lecky King and Mr. Rust and Dave Randel can be reconveigned.
Wrong again. Oklahoma was appealed on May 18, 2006 and still has not been heard because attorneys on both sides are making filings that put it off. It is now scheduled to be heard in July.
