If State Farm Insurance is at trial for Katrina I would like to talk with Scrugg and Hood about the 2004 Ivan Hurricane. I was denied 90% of our claim because they said it was water damage.. The water damage was caused from Storm Surge which is caused by wind. I would like to get back some of our loss.

I just laugh at men like you that are a dime a dozen.
You are the kind of man that looks someone in the eye and pees on their leg and then tries to tell them it is only the rain.
You think you are smarter than but you lack honor.
It’s deception not ignorance so don’t even try to reverse it on me.
You are a real idiot to try to point your finger at me WHEN YOU DAM WELL KNOW
that STATE FARM DELIBERATELY WROTE THE POLICY TOO CONFUSE THE INSURED AND you know why they added the calculating exclusions too.
    WE HAVE OPTIONAL HURRICANE DEDUCTIBLES…
    BUT NO HURRICANE INSURANCE EXISTS…
    GO PUSH THE CAR!

Trying to reverse this only adds fuel to this fire and shows your character as a man and as a human being.
Sorry that you are like many Americans that sold their souls to the Devil.
Money screams in America and that is sad.
Seems like America is for sale.
I don’t sell out & I am not for sale.

I thank God that I don’t have to lie, cheat or deceive people to get their busisness. I don’t sell false policy or represent any company that is deceptive.

I would like to jam money down the throats of people like you,
since you You love it so much, eat it!

I got mine and you will get yours, and looks like Scruggs is on the trail sniffing skunks out like you & yours!

    Dam right I am mad.

What makes me more mad is
the corruption in this country that allows this to continue.
    It will happen again….Who’s next?

Then the media is quiet as a mouse
because these rats spend billions in advertising.
    The front page headlines pictured
Senator Vitter because he committed adultery. Big Deal, how many men do you know that won’t cheat?
    Give me a break!
We are still unable to live in our homes and they are trying to destroy a family.

Where is the media when you need them?
    Like I said, Money screams!

The day shall come when you will walk in my shoes and until then….
    you will never understand
    until it’s your turn.
    Make No Mistake…
    There Will Be Another Katrina,
    I Guarantee it.

    And Ralphie Baby,
I did have flood and USA paid 100%, without question.
Both Insurance Companies Denied Claims for Wind and Living Expenses.
Still waiting for my day in court.

Was there ever a hurricane without wind & water…IN COASTAL AREAS?
Since You, are the intelligent one here,
you should be able to answer this question. I am too stupid and insane for finding out the truth.

How would you feel if you bought a
warranty on a car then found out that
the engine is not covered and anything below the roof is not covered either.
    Rib Chop!
By the way, there is not such thing as a bumper to bumper warranty on vehicles.

Good evening, readers. Allow me first to apologize for this interruption. I do, like many of you, appreciate the comforts of every day routine- the security of the familiar, the tranquility of repetition. I enjoy them as much as any bloke. But in the spirit of commemoration, thereby those important events of the past usually associated with someone’s death or the end of some awful bloody struggle, a celebration of a nice holiday, I thought we could mark this November the 5th, a day that is sadly no longer remembered, by taking some time out of our daily lives to sit down and have a little chat. There are of course those who do not want us to speak. I suspect even now, orders are being shouted into telephones, and men with guns will soon be on their way. Why? Because while the truncheon may be used in lieu of conversation, words will always retain their power. Words offer the means to meaning, and for those who will listen, the enunciation of truth. And the truth is, there is something terribly wrong with this Kim David, isn’t there? Cruelty and injustice aimed at Ralph, intolerance and oppression because his name is hard to spell, and last of all, hatred of men. And where once you had the freedom to object, to think and speak as you saw fit, you now have censors and systems of surveillance like Kim coercing your conformity and soliciting your submission. Do as she likes or she’ll throw down the gauntlet…How did this happen? Who’s to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you’re looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror. I know why you did it. I know you were afraid. Who wouldn’t be? War, terror, disease, deductibles, premiums, co-pays. There were a myriad of problems which conspired to corrupt your reason and rob you of your common sense…things like gravity, water wanted to run down hill, obtaining flood coverage…Fear got the best of Kim, and in her panic she turned hatred. You long for promises, but be careful you do not attach yourself to the wrong person, onewho promised you order, promised you peace, and all he demanded in return was your silent, obedient consent. Last night I sought to end that silence. More than four hundred years ago a great citizen of Britain wished to embed the fifth of November forever in our memory. His hope was to remind the world that fairness, justice, and freedom are more than words, they are perspectives. So if you’ve seen nothing, if the crimes of Kim David remain unknown to you then I would suggest you allow the fifth of November to pass unmarked. But if you see what I see, if you feel as I feel, and if you would seek as I seek, then I ask you to stand beside me this November 5th, on the levies of Orleans, and together we shall give them a fifth of November that shall never, ever be forgot.

Then all of us are insane?

A few hundred thousand people that paid
    Premiums for Homeowners Insurance….
must all be insane and wrong for being angry when their claims were denied?

OK, then call me angry & insane too.
I say you have lying eyes and cheating hearts and you are the cowards of the county. You call it business but I see it as a dishonest busisness.
    Scruggs called it Racketeering?

Well, for once I must agree with you & this time you are right….
We must be insane to trust State Farm and pay them too, year after year.

You must be insane to believe that State Farm really cares about you or the financial protection of your home, or to believe they are Good Neighbors.

Policy is deliberately written to cause confusion and with added calculating exclusions with loop holes that cause financial disaster to the Homeowner.

Gee we have so many State Regulations that protect the Homeowner & Agents…
    it’s hard to count them.

Ironic, the only regulations are the ones the protect the finances of the Company.

I am sure glad to be kept in good hands with good neighbors like this.

Regulations only protect the finances of the Insurance Company allowing the
Homeowner to have a policy without coverage.

You must be real crazy to pay more to wave the added Hurricane Deductible
    when the truth is…
    The Policy Does Not Provide
    HURRICANE INSURANCE.

DUH…I am stupid but doesn’t that mean that we pay more for a policy that is not worth the paper it is written on?

Is there any such thing called
    HURRICANE INSURANCE?
Forgive my ignorance because I am blinded by anger from betrayal of our own people.
    The very ones, we trusted.
    Isn’t that usually the case?
Always the one you trusted that gets ya.

You think that I am insane for being angry but you get angry when you are confronted with honest facts called
    THE TRUTH!
Then again, I forgot that you were better than me and you are intelligent but I am stupid.

I can go up one side & down the other because all I have is the truth!

I have nothing to hide or be ashamed of.

Can we all be wrong and/or stupid?

    What about homeowners that purchased
    $600,000 wind with $350,000 Flood,
thinking the total insured to be $950,000
    and paying for years….
    After filing the 1st claim,
it was then that the explanation of benefits were explained to the Homeowner.
    Claims Denied: DUPLICATION OF BENEFITS…
when we paid for 2 seperate policies.

We were all denied for Katrina wind claims unless you had a video.
Living Expenses were denied for the few who knew to request this benefit and pennies on the dollar were paid to the few who complained.

    Ever heard of Righteous Anger?
The bible talks about it but when anyone gets close to the truth, you try to discredit them and question their sanity.
You Can’t Handle The Truth…I can.

I don’t hate men, I hate dishonest men that try to get one over on you.

Women are not exempt from dishonesty but the majority of women are too afraid to accept bribes, commit a crime or cheat a neighbor. That is why most economic crimes, involve men.
Women are scared to break the rules and men are competitive since they were litle boys, taught to hit the home run or make the touchdown.

I did not make the rules and I did not break the rules, I am one voice and this is what I have experienced after the worst natural disaster in US History.

    A sad day in America,
when men kick women & children when they are alreay down.

Sure Glad your generation was not on the Titanic because the only survivors would be men.

I believe that people are good or bad and
    we all have a choice.

To continue to lie and taint the truth by blaming your own clients for being ignorant shows how much you appreciate our busisness and how much respect you have for the people who support you & your famiy.

Failing to explain the benefits in the first place, should be a National State Law. State Farm still refuses to explain the benefits on one full page and with that, I rest my case.

    Ralphie Boy…
Someone emailed this site to me in July 07 and that is why I responded to your message. I don’t blame you but I blame you for denying the injustice that was done to us and adding Insults to the already Injured causes PMS!

    I love America,
    I don’t like deception!

But on this most auspicious of nights, permit me then, in lieu of the more commonplace sobriquet, to suggest the character of this dramatis persona.
Voilà! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin van-guarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition.

The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous.

Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose, so let me simply add that it’s my very good honor to meet you and you may call me V. But why you chose that large deductible is beyond me…

I need not argue my case since your stupidity, ignorance, and insanity is more than adequately explained in your comments. By the way, I do not work for State Farm, I do not have insurance with State Farm, and I do not particularly like State Farm. However, it is not their job to force you to buy flood insurance. If you did not buy it than you deserve the denial you and all the other idiots who did not want to pay the extra cost deserve. If you did not read it or did not understand it you should have spoke with someone who does. Any insurance agent in this country could have told you flood/hurricane storm surge is not covered by a homeowners policy and a flood policy should be purchased to cover such peril. If your agent does not know this than I would be very worried.

my bumper to bumper warranties do cover my bumpers.

the bumper to bumper warranty on my house does not cover the bumpers, as there are no bumpers, but it would if they were there.

memory not so good anymore, but don’t recall so many low lying properties (ie, under sea level) being involved in other recent hurricanes, so it’s kind of hard to compare to others.

Hey, let’s see how long we can keep posting on this ancient site!
