Is that the honest price including the obscene corporate officers salaries, bonus\’, stock options, etc.
The insurance industry is no different from the rest of corporate America. The top (including the boards) taking big fat salaries and bonus\’ and then whining when a storm hits and they are forced to pay because they were ambiguous.

    I guess Flood Did Show a Loss…
They paid for Wind + Water Damage too.

FEMA absorbed all of the losses for
    Wind + Living Expenses.
State Farm should kiss them or
Tattoo I love FEMA on their forehead.

I think you guys like to ruffle my feathers….

Since I was born, the commandments were read, bearing false witness is what one of them said.
\”The Good Neighbors\” was their claim,
Ironic, God had already etched in their name.

    Hit by a Hurricane, a Category 5…
They blamed the water, before we awoke.
    Is this what he called
A Wolf in a Sheeps Coat?
Denounce them by name is what he said
and this is what we should do.

The New 10: How To Treat Your Neighbor:

1.Thy shall not bear false witness with
    Engineering Firms.

2.Thy shall not contribute to political
    campaigns.

3.Thy shall not deny my winds.
    (this one cost you)

4.Thy shall not make deals in the Lobby.

5.Thy shall not covet thy clients money,
    nor tempt Man, or God.

    6. Thy shalt not commit fraud.

7.Thy shall Cover Thy Neighbors House
with Contents and pay living expense too

8.Thy shall not trick thy neighbor with
    loop holes & exclusions.

9.Thy shall not sell false policy with
    many deductibles;

10.Thy shall not sell Hurricane Insurance
when thy policy does not include
    hurricane insurance by thy exclusion.

    10 A. Thy shall not piss off…my sons…
    in Mississippi.

    What is so difficult here?
    Wind = covered
    flood/storm surge = not covered

It amazes me that these reasonably \”intelligent\” people would live on the coast without flood insurance.
Now, not being able to admit they were stupid, they have to find someone else to blame it on.
The state cannot retroactively rewrite the policy to include risks that weren\’t originally included.

Who would sign a contract like that?

    For the last time…,.
    This is Not About Flood.
GOT IT? CAN YOU UNDERSTAND THAT?
FLOOD PAID 100% OF CLAIMS &
WITHOUT TRYING TO BLAME WIND FOR $1.00.

THIS IS ABOUT STATE FARM REFUSING
    TO PAY FOR WIND DAMAGE.
STATE FARM DENIED WIND CLAIMS AND
DENIED LIVING EXPENSES TO ALL OF THEIR CLIENTS, VICTIMS OF KATRINA.
    STATE FARM SAID,
\”KATRINA WATER DID ALL OF THE DAMAGE\”
    State Farm denied Katrina Winds.
State FARM LIED, CHEATED & STOLE.
Judge Senters verdict: Pay Your People

WE DON\’T EXPECT PEOPLE… LIKE YOU-
    TO UNDERSTAND BECAUSE YOU WON\’T…..
    Until this happens to you.
Keep in touch… when you get yours.

We are Not Stupid, You are!

Kim, its economics. In 2005 Flood took in about 2,500,000,000 and paid 22,000,000,000. Now how many of these policies would you like to write?

Kim has some good medicine. Me want good medicine like Kim has. Make me write in pentameter like Kim. Bring down insurance like Kim. With medicine, Kim no need to understand numbers, only feelings. Kim feelings not good. Kim lash out at people she not like. Kim want to get even, make them pay.

Party on, Kim. You\’re driving prozac sales up.

    OK Wise Guys…

You can buy more than 1 Flood Policy.
You can buy request additional Flood too but it cost more that way.
Fact of the matter, Any Agent that did not advise their client to purchase additional flood during the time when the Agent was inspecting home, is liable for under insuring the property.
The Agent must provide a signed waiver from the Insured else the E&O gets a hit.

Getting closer to home…You guys would have a mini stroke if your E&O was increased $300 year.

You make it sound like I want something for free, and you are wrong.
    I paid, I never made a claim,until Katrina
    and they Paid $0.

You can gang up on me all you want too,
but I will still stand taller than you.
I am right & You Guys are wrong.
Ya gotta hate it when Women are right.
    Blow to the ego?
Don\’t you just hate it! Meow!
Sorry guys, we all know the truth hurts.

Hey, I don\’t expect anything for free,
in fact I don\’t want it.
Don\’t want to be obligated to anyone.
    Beware of someone bearing Gifts.

Do you think S/F surrended without a loaded gun getting ready to slauder them?

I can forgive State Farm, if they would do the right thing. We could turn the page and move on. So they made a mistake, forgive & forget only they will continue to do this and it could happen to you.
They remain arrogant and when people you try to reverse the blame on the Insured
it gives me strength to continue to fight even harder because you are adding insult to injury…like instant PMS!
You are defending them so you must be Bad Neighbors too.
Ironic but I find that men just Love To
    \”Get One Over On You\”…

    Know Why?
