Amy and Brenda and families are fine.

Amy’s family is in Nashville. Brenda/Lawson are in Picayune with the Smiths. some structural damage to the house, but nothing serious. No communication with Picayune since early Monday morning, so I’m not sure how everyone is faring with no electricity/water…

I was also wondering about Picayune, I haven’t heard anything about this town yet. I’m particularly concerned for my uncle David van Someren and his family. Any info is welcome, thanks.

I live in Lux, just south of Seminary. Its not good, I dont want to alarm youbut its pretty rough. I have NOT however heard of any deaths reported in the area. I hope this was of some help to you.

I saw the east side of it by 49, several trees through buildings and i didnt hear much better stuff from the other side of it. Supposedly going back on the 6th but that looks impossible.

I have heard that Lamar county took a beating. I have friends out there and have been unable to find anything out either. Its semi-drivable, last i heard.
