West Virginia’s Workers’ Compensation Commission recently filed
injunctions against two state employers whose accounts with the Commission are reportedly in default.
Injunctions were filed in Kanawha County Circuit Court against the following:
• Logs R Us Inc., a Greenbrier County logging, timbering and lumbering business, owes back premiums, interest and penalties totaling $39,446.08; and
• Theodore B. Wilmoth Jr., dba J R Trucking, a Gilmer County logging, timbering and lumbering business, owes back premiums, interest and penalties totaling $24,018.22.
The injunctions call for the firms to cease business.
