West Virginia’s Workers’ Compensation Commission recently filed injunctions against three state employers whose accounts with the Commission are reportedly in default.

The injunctions were filed in Kanawha County Circuit Court against:

*TLC Clearing Inc., a Mingo County logging business, that owes back premiums, interest and penalties totaling $18,295.87;
*Reyburn’s Auto Service, Inc., a Cabell County tow truck operation, that owes back premiums, interest and penalties totaling $16,508.23; and
*Bubba J.’s Family Restaurant, Inc., a Nicholas County restaurant, that owes back premiums, interest and penalties totaling $16,681.76.

Workers’ Compensation Commission Executive Director Gregory Burton said the Commission will continue initiating litigation involving delinquent businesses throughout the state to help assure everyone pays their fair share.

The injunctions call for the firms to cease business.
