I am glad to see the state is forcing large and small companies to pay there back worker’s comp. In the past I have investigated several worker’s comp. claims for WV finding fraud in many of the cases I am pleased the State of West Virginia has taken a stand against the fraud cases and the back worker’s comp not being paid by the employer, keek up the good work.
