Authorities say no one was seriously injured after a large fire at a Tulsa, Okla., chemical business.
Tulsa Fire Department spokesman Stan May says the fire was reported Wednesday night at the Sabre Chemicals facility in east Tulsa. May says the building was fully involved in flames when firefighters arrived, and a large plume of smoke was visible from nearby highways.
The business was rocked by several explosions during the blaze. According to the Tulsa World, one person suffered a minor injury but no one else was hurt.
Firefighters contained the blaze Wednesday night but were still putting out hotspots early Thursday. Authorities don’t yet know the cause of the blaze.
