New Orleans-based Maginnis Film & Entertainment Insurance Services LLC (MFEIS) and Reiff & Associates LLC announced a strategic partnership to provide insurance to the film and entertainment industries in Louisiana and the Gulf South region.
Led by President Emory Maginnis, MFEIS has provided coverage for a variety of Louisiana film projects.
Reiff is a New York, N.Y.-based brokerage specializing in entertainment insurance. Reiff’s film credits include Black Swan, Precious, The Wrestler and Lost In Translation.
A long-standing resident of New Orleans, Maginnis earned a Master’s in Finance degree from Tulane University and worked in the financial sector in Chicago for a number of years before returning to his home town to form MFEIS.
