Copart, Inc., an online salvage vehicle auction company announced the acquisition of Diamond Auto Bids and Disposals, a privately-held automotive auction with locations in Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
The acquisition provides Copart its first locations in Western Canada to accommodate its expanding Canadian customer base.
The company currently operates 154 facilities in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
