Tulsa firefighters have extinguished a suspicious blaze in a Tulsa area that has been the site of numerous arson fires.
The Tulsa World reports firefighters were called at about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday to a fire at a vacant home. Investigators say the fire was likely deliberately set.
More than two dozen arson fires have broken out in the neighborhoods surrounding Lewis Avenue north and south of Admiral Boulevard.
Investigators say they’ve gotten help from a federal agency in developing a profile of the arsonist but that help from witnesses would be the quickest way to make an arrest.
