A Ruston man has been sentenced to five years at hard labor in connection with an arson case.
The Daily Leader reported that Danny Wayne Moss, 27, withdrew his earlier plea of not guilty in state District Court and entered a plea of guilty to arson with intent to defraud and simple arson. He was sentenced July 5.
The fire took place at a building on Farmerville Street in June 2010.
