Pronto Insurance Agency, a provider of auto and homeowners insurance, has opened a new claims center in San Antonio.
Pronto has hired nearly 50 employees to service claims statewide and for those claimants who travel beyond Texas.
Bill Taylor will head up the Claims Division of Pronto Insurance Agency as Operations Manager. Taylor worked at Progressive Insurance for 10 years where he served in a variety of leadership roles. Prior to that, he worked for Dallas based Gainsco Auto Insurance as Assistant Vice President of Claims.
