Texas-based Injury Sciences LLC announced the release of an enhanced version of WrExpert, a software tool for evaluating the severity of automobile collisions and the potential for occupant injury.
WrExpert is a Web-based forensic evaluation tool that analyzes objective vehicle damage from repair estimates and photographs and immediately provides scientific assessments of impact severity and injury potential — a more cost-effective and scalable alternative to third party service providers of biomechanical or accident reconstruction analyses.
The new version, WrExpert 5.0, reportedly offers easier application and file navigation; reduced data entry; a broader scope of impact and injury evaluations; expansion of WrExpert’s unique human crash test database to more than 3,900 tests; a new module that enables remote data entry by auto physical damage adjusters in the field; new features for simplifying data entry; improved interfaces to claims administration and property damage estimating systems; and enhanced management reporting.
