MAPFRE Insurance Launches Program To Help Insureds Restore Damaged Homes

As part of an ongoing effort to better serve its policyholders, MAPFRE Insurance, a Mass.-based provider of home and auto insurance, has launched the MAPFRE Select Home Restoration Program.

The new program provides support to policyholders whose homes have been damaged after an unexpected incident, helping them get back to pre-loss condition by providing claim related referrals to select restoration partners who will deliver fast, high quality home repair services while adhering to the highest of professional standards.

Policyholders are free to choose their own contractors. However, those policyholders who choose to participate in the MAPFRE Select Home Restoration Program are granted additional benefits that include:

  • Priority Contractor Service in the Handling of New Reported Losses;
  • Priority Emergency Service when Disaster Strikes;
  • On Site Inspection Performed;
  • Limited Warranty on Work Performed for Three Years and more.

MAPFRE Insurance has established contractual relationships that will provide its customers access to a national network of more than 2,000 repair contractors specializing in various disciplines including emergency response and mitigation, fire and smoke clean up, roofing, water remediation, as well as restoration and reconstruction services.
