Arch Hires Executive for Third Party Administrator Claims Oversight

Arch Insurance Group, a member of Arch Capital Group Ltd., announced that Vincent Kellaher has been named senior vice president and will be responsible for the oversight of Arch’s Third Party Administrator managed claims.

An accomplished insurance executive with over 25 years in the insurance industry, Kellaher has held leadership roles with responsibility for claims technical, operational and customer service strategies at the senior executive level. His experience also includes responsibility for field offices and vendor managed claims.

Kellaher joins the organization from Carolina Casualty Insurance where he was the vice president and chief claims officer. Prior to that, he was with Zurich North America for 16 years, culminating in the role of senior vice Ppesident for Commercial Markets claims where he oversaw multiple teams of customer service managers and claims professionals.
