The errors and omissions coverages can be customized for 30 classes of business, personal and service professionals, such as management consultants, marketing consultants, property managers, real estate agents and brokers, advertising agencies, appraisers, claims adjusters, graphic designers, mortgage brokers, travel agents, and tax preparers.
Coverages include: liability coverage for errors and omissions arising out of wrongful acts, coverage on a claims-made basis with premier defense costs, internet liability coverage, prior acts coverage, limits up to $10 million,
The Hanover’s property management coverage includes: wrongful eviction coverage, tenant discrimination coverage, contingent bodily injury and property damage, failure to place insurance carve-back, fairhousing, and coverage for up to 100% ownership interest in managed property.
