God sent Katrina to blew the roof off of powerful men that blew the covers off bad industry.

God spoke about those Good Neighbors,
little did we know, he already had their names etched in stone.
Since I was little, 10 commandments were read, all instructions from God,
for How To Treat Your Neighbor!

Thy shall not deny my winds.
    (this one really cost them)

Thy shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor…..
    especially with Engineering Firms.

Thy shall not trick thy neighbor with hidden loopholes.

Thy shall not sell false policy.

Thy shall not deny my rain & flood.

The solution to the problem is simple:

    FEMA: National Disaster Insurance
    One Policy:
That would provide the Homeowner with financial protection for any & all Natural Disasters.
    Wind, Water, Collapse, etc.

If we can afford to spend
$2 Billion per week in Iraq….

We best be able to provide the American People with Homeowners Insurance.

A policy that will provide the financial protection when needed.

Does Iraq need insurance for what we are rebuilding over there?

    Charity Does Begin At Home…
It is not charity that we seek,
It\’s a policy that will protect us.

We are willing to pay for it but
we expect to be paid for rain, surge, wind, wind driven water, collapse, mold, etc.

Do not pee on my leg,
and tell me it is water.

    Stand Up for each other.

It\’s the right thing to do for people.

Silly Americans. Bush just is saying Katrina happened. This is just like the Nazi Holocaust, both faked.

Katrina winds blew up to 200 MPH,
    before the Water arrived.

    WLOX was reporting Katrina live….
You can see the wind blowing trees over,
you can see the green grass when all of a sudden the reporters & camera men said,
We have to evacuate, we lost the roof.
They switched to another area in the building and those people had to evacuate,
they said, the roof has blown off of our building here at WLOX.
You can see & here them panic.
The entire time, you can see the green grass outside.
    No water other than rain.

    Got it?

State Farm Lied, Denied their Clients,
during the wost disaster in history.

These people deserve the benefits that they paid for, including living expenses & contents too.

NO ONE OWES US, EXCEPT FOR THE COMPANIES THAT WE PAID TO PROTECT OUR HOMES IN THE EVENT OF A HURRICANE.

    WE HAVE A HURRICANE DEDUCTIBLE.

    Did Hurricane Katrina have winds?
Did the wind do any of the damage?

State Farm denied Katrina\’s winds too…
That is until they had to answer that question, under oath, in a courtroom,
directly to a man in a Robe, called
    The Judge.

State Farm said, we know it had some wind.

    We Paid, We were Denied.

Pay the people and turn the page.

I\’m not saying that b/c they are hardworking they should be denied, but I don\’t think the wind blew people\’s houses away. Can anyone honestly say that the wind blew your entire house away? State Farm offering 35% of policy value on a slab loss is very generous. You said the wind was up to 200mph, well that must make it a category 8 hurricane. The surge line was noticeable all the way up to the railroad tracks along hwy 90. Did anyone see the school at Pass Christian? I\’m sure the wind blew some of the side walls (brick and block) out but the roof was intact! I really do feel sorry for people\’s losses but a policy is a contract. State Farm should pay something but policy limits?

    Subject: cowboy logic

A cowboy, who is visiting Texas from Arkansas, walks into a bar and orders three mugs of beer. He sits in the back of the room, drinking a sip out of each one in turn.

When he finishes them, he comes back to the bar and orders three more. The bartender approaches and tells the cowboy, \”You know, a mug goes flat after I draw it. It would taste better if you bought one at a
    time.\”

The cowboy replies, \”Well, you see, I have two brothers. One is in Arkansas, the other is in Delaware. When we all left our home in Texas, we promised that we\’d drink this way to remember the days when we all drank together. So I\’m drinking one beer for each of my brothers and one for myself.\”

The bartender admits that this is a nice custom and walks away.

The cowboy becomes a regular in the bar, and week after week, comes in and orders the 3 three mugs of beer and drinks each in turn.

One day, however, he comes in and only orders two mugs! All the regulars take notice and fall silent. When he comes back to the bar for the second round, the bartender says, \”I don\’t want to intrude on your grief, but wanted to offer my condolences on your loss.\”

The cowboy looks quite puzzled for a moment, then a light dawns in his eyes and he laughs.

\”Oh, no, everybody\’s just fine,\” he explains, \”It\’s just that my wife and I joined the Baptist Church and I had to quit drinking. Hasn\’t affected my brothers though.\”

When Wind Blows even a few shingles off of a home, it causes leaks.

The damaged area of the roof can be removed & replaced only if the new shingles can match the other sun faded shingles.

Insurance must pay for the removal, replacement of roofing, insulation, walls, paint, carpet, & any contents that were ruined from the leaking roof.
Minus your policy deductible and your hurricane deductible.
The only pay above the water line.
    Same as broken windows.

If the home is uninhabitable, Loss of Use benefits come into play.
That was also denied by Ins. Co.

State Farm did not want to pay $1.00.

Wind blew trees down (barks w/20\’ radius)
at my home in New Orleans.

Video evidence shows roof tops flapping in the wind in Chalmette, LA.

    Video Biloxi, MS WLOX-Roof Destroyed

Shingles were flying like snow in PICAYUNE, MS.
I was afraid to stay by the window but I had to peek because I could not believe my eyes.
Did you see the damage in Hide-Away-Lake?
It was like a bomb went off.
Trees rocketed into the front doors,
crushed homes down the middle and or the left and right sides.
    These Homes average $500,000+
    No Water, ALL WIND.
Check out claims paid in that area.

US Coast Guard did the study.
They said Katrina WInds up to 200 MPH hit land 1 to 4 hours before the water.

The Wind did plenty of the damage,
    the surge Finished us off.

    This is the truth.
    Like it or not!

To say Katrina did not have wind damage is the understatement of the century.

Ask State Farm, because they have learned a very expensive lesson.

A lesson that will go down in history.

You won\’t find out until it happends to you.

We got ours…God help you when you get yours.

I do not wish this on anyone, Not even the ones that throw stones at us
    after we are already down.
