iDashboards Develops Business Intelligence Solution for Pioneer State

The solution provides real-time visibility of key performance indicators (KPIs) through Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) dashboards. iDashboards software helps companies provide their information users with visually rich, responsive, and personalized Business Intelligence dashboards to analyze, track, and drill-down through a wealth of information. Pioneer specializes in property/casualty insurance for individuals and businesses.

As a result of the joint effort between the iDashboards Professional Services team and Pioneer, a dashboard solution was developed that met the requirements of delivering timely and accurate KPIs such as policy and claim counts, written premium and incurred loss, and loss ratio. Pioneer executives are now reportedly able to monitor their KPIs and drill down to immediately examine trend breaks and exceptions.
