Clayton Announces New Insurance Services, Business Development Director

Clayton Group Services Inc. announced Bruce D. Hollcroft has been named director, Business Development, Insurance Services. Hollcroft has more than 20 years of experience in risk control related to occupational health and safety, ergonomics, environmental protection, and Workers’ Compensation for a wide range of industries.

“I’m looking forward to working with Clayton’s 20 offices to build our
relationships in the insurance industry,” said Hollcroft. “I will also continue working directly with insurers on a national level.”

A Certified Safety Professional, Hollcroft has extensive experience in
accident investigation, behavior-based safety, and safety management. His experience includes five years with a major insurance carrier and more than 15 with the largest insurance broker in the world.

“We are fortunate to have Bruce to move into this role,” said Rick
Aspray, vice president, National director, Business Development. “As the firm ramps up its focus on certain key markets, Bruce’s track record in the insurance industry will be an asset to our efforts.”

Hollcroft is an Associate in Risk Management, and a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager. He has recently presented a well-received paper at the annual conference of the American Society for Safety Engineers. He has also presented at the Washington Governor’s Industrial Safety and Health Conference. Hollcroft is a member of the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS), American Society of Safety Engineers, and American Industrial Hygiene Association.
