Minnesota-based ABRA Auto Body & Glass, a national damaged vehicle repair company, continued its nationwide expansion with the announcement it had acquired Consolidated Auto Service Center in Forest Park, Illinois – just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago.
The news follows ABRA’s initial entry into the state last spring. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
ABRA’s portfolio now stands at 244 repair centers in 19 states.
