South Dakota Division of Insurance Office Moves to New Location

Effective immediately, the South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation’s Division of Insurance (DOI) office has relocated to 124 S. Euclid Avenue, 2nd floor in Pierre.

The office was previously located at 445 E. Capitol Ave.

The official mailing address is:

S.D. Division of Insurance, 124 S. Euclid Ave., 2nd Floor, Pierre, SD 57501. The office phone number remains the same at 605-773-3563.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m CT.
