Fire officials in St. Louis are calling a blaze that badly damaged three neighboring homes suspicious.
KTVI-TV reports the middle home caught fire early on Aug. 24, with flames damaging homes on both sides of it. The middle home was vacant. Firefighters arrived to find it fully engulfed in flames.
A disabled man and two others were living in one of the neighboring homes. All three were able to get out unharmed. The home was badly damaged but the residents will be able to return.
The home on the other side of the vacant house was essentially destroyed. The family of four escaped without injury.
