Whatever you’re mad about Johnnie Boy, I have forgotten it and move on but apparently you haven’t…
I had triplets two years ago – so sorry, I actually like being pregnant and NO I will NOT stop procreating. So sorry, so sad for you. Any other posts you’d like to make, I’ll get my husband to make type something you won’t soon forget.
johnnie, I can guarantee she isn’t – she’s 8 years old. But I understand what you mean. My daughter knows she can tell me anything. She also knows that nobody is immune to the natural or system consequences of their actions. I have been blessed with an pretty damn honest child.
This is a thorny issue but I have to agree that while tragic, if he is old enough to VOTE, he is old enough to abide by the law himself. I also believe the parents acted irresponsibly but there were 30 who attended and did not drive drunk and crash. I don ‘t think the parents should be able to profit from this, they are certainly not blameless but rather should also shoulder some of the blame.
My Two cents.
People Make choices, those choices cause consequences. Some good and some not so good. Thats what being an adult is all about. I read these posts. Some say its the dead kids fault, some say its the parents fault, and some say it was the host and hostess of a party. No matter tha age of the children having the party the parents of the household knew, they are and were older, and should be held completely accountable./ You cannot lie to yourself and truly believe an 18 year old will make the right decisions. They wont and where alcohol and drugs are invovled the bar is substantially raised. If it were your kid you might look at things differently. The law is the law. Driving over the speed limit normally doesnt hurt anyone until you opps … kill someone. Who would you bl;ame then??
The host and hostess are to blame for the kid drinking on their premises, not because the kid was drinking cause hed of done that elsewhere if it wasnt their house. Fact! So dont serve alcohol to underage and if you throw a party be prepared to kicvk their butts out the house if you catch them drinking and above all dont go and buy them alcohol. If you do them you get what you deserv. I hope the court is fair with these parents as i am sure they didnt mean any harm and just wanted to be accepted by their kids, but what they did was wrong.

JJ,
Been a few years since I had a grammar class but doesn’t “were” imply plural… implying both WERE killed, not one or the other WAS killed.
Yep you are absolutely right, I missed that part. But my point was the teenager whose family is suing was not the driver. Thanks for pointing it out!

Meanwhile,
GET OVER YOURSELF!!!
JJ,
No worries, we’re all human. But I think you own Misty an apology.
That’s okay. I was wrong, I thought the dead teenager whose parents were suing was the driver, that’s not correct. Thanks!

As bad as it is the two children have some responsiblity in this don’t they. I know they past away. But they knew they were drinking and driving..

Look, DumbA**,
I am responding to your little sterilization comment and you already know this, Retardo. Special needs kids have more sense than you.
