Right off the bat that means no one has any understanding on how the WC system works. If an award was granted to an injured worker then, my gosh, the IC had to have done something extremely bad to this person.
As for the jury. They have the facts they need. No one is going to come up with a figure like that unless they all agreed on what was presented.
To many people without the knowledge of what is going on hurts the \”person\”. Why is it that people back the big money companies with there opinions??? Trust the individual that was hurt for a change. How quick people are to accuse.
