Ward Group Unveils New Benchmarking Program for Operations

Cincinnati-based Ward Group, a provider of benchmarking and best practices consulting services to the insurance industry, has kicked-off a new benchmarking program for claims operations.

Ward Group has applied its apples-to-apples benchmarking methodology to analyze claims staffing levels and expenses to effectively identify opportunities within the organization. Participating companies receive detailed claims performance comparisons encompassing all facets of the claims operation including subrogation, salvage, SIU, litigation management and more.
