Carfax announced several major improvements to increase the benefits for Canadian auto dealers that subscribe to its service.
Dealers now have access to damage claim amounts reported to Carfax from Canadian insurers and can easily purchase cross-Canada lien reports. This vital information helps protect dealerships and their customers.
The company also unveiled a newly updated Carfax Vehicle History Report specifically redesigned for Canada. One major change is that all odometer readings are in kilometers to help eliminate any conversion issues for dealers.
Insurance claim amounts reported to Carfax are included on its reports, along with other vital details like registration history, odometer readings, number of owners, vehicle maintenance and safety recalls.
