ACE Names Brack VP-International Claims

The ACE Group of Companies has appointed Robert Brack Senior VP of Claims Services for ACE Overseas General, the Company’s international network of insurance operations.

He will be based in Philadelphia and report to Roger Day, Executive VP and Head of Claims for ACE Overseas General. “Brack will oversee the development of appropriate and effective claims operations in Latin America, Asia Pacific and Europe, and ensure their efficiency and effectiveness in solving customer service needs,” said the announcement.

“I am delighted that Robert has joined ACE,” Day stated. “An effective claims organization that serves our businesses around the world is of critical importance to ACE’s global network.”

Prior to joining ACE, Brack was a Senior Manager with Accenture in New York, and also served as a regional claim representative for Guardian Royal Exchange Group and as a litigation manager for General Accident/CGU.
