Following a recent tender review, AXA Insurance has selected Crawford & Company to engage in a one year competitive pilot in respect of validation and repair of small building claims.
This major new business win will be handled by repairNet, Crawford’s Managed Contractor network,under the management of Simon Neil-Jones.
The repairNet service facilitates multiple options for small building claims handling via desktop, using Crawford’s estimating tools. The service will reportedly provide consistency in scope and pricing of repairs and speedy delivery by an approved builder network.
It will also focus on customer care as well as control of indemnity spend, fully auditable information accessible online and a complaints resolution regime.
