NavLynx Technologies, ( www.navlynx.com ), Toronto, Canada, with a subsidiary in the United States, announced that Allstate Canada (Quebec) Insurance Company has modified its insurance guidelines to include NavLynx’ AutoGuard Tracking(TM) system. Customers installing the technology, which has reportedly proven vital in lowering stolen vehicle loss ratios, will be eligible to receive premium discounts on their automobile insurance.
