Authorities say a Dumfries, Virginia woman has been arrested for soliciting an undercover police officer to kill her husband for insurance money.
Prince William County police say 34-year-old Sonia Guerrero Kuske has been charged with solicitation to commit capital murder and attempted capital murder. She was being held without bond.
Police spokesman Jonathan Perok says police and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives’ Northern Virginia Violent Crime Taskforce began investigating Kuske in February.
Kuske is scheduled to appear in court May 31.
