Delaware fire officials have charged a Pennsylvania business owner with setting fire to one of his own ice cream trucks.
Officials with the Delaware fire marshal’s office arrested Brahin Bethea of Chester, Pa., on Thursday and charged him with second-degree arson.
Authorities say the 35-year-old Bethea intentionally set a fire that destroyed an ice cream truck in Wilmington last September.
Investigator said Bethea is president of the company that owns the truck.
He was arraigned and released on $5,000 unsecured bond.
