Travelers’ Premier Offers Concierge Auto Claims Service in Mass.

The Premier Insurance Company of Massachusetts, a Travelers personal lines company, has opened a Concierge Claim center in Woburn, Mass.

The center is designed to assist claimants with the car insurance claims process, including obtaining a damage assessment, getting the car to a repair shop and renting a replacement vehicle.

According to the insurer, a typical auto claim repair can take 10 to 11 days, but with ConciergeClaim that length of time can be cut in half.

“The ConciergeClaim center offers a quick, convenient option for the appraisal, rental car and repair arrangements so consumers can get back to their busy lives with minimal disruption. Plus, the repairs are guaranteed as long as they own the car,” Richard Welch, president of The Premier, said at a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the facility, located at 75 Wildwood Avenue.

The Woburn center offers drivers the choice of a higher level of auto claim service with appraisers on site to take care of every detail from start to finish. When a customer chooses to use the full services of the Concierge Claim center, a representative of The Premier will provide an inspection and estimate on the spot and handle all car rental arrangements on site, getting the customer back on the road in about 20 minutes. The Premier promises to then transport the vehicle and work directly with one of its preferred auto repair shops to review the damage, monitor the progress of the repairs and handle all details and paperwork, and provide regular status updates to assure the customer that the vehicle is being repaired in a timely manner. Customers also have the option of taking their vehicle to any repair facility of their choice once they receive their estimate.
