    \”The center is designed to assist claimants with the car\” … This is a interesting statement or should it say insureds? The claims industry is changing by the min…
    \”Control the claim completely and save more money\”; is this the idea? But remember to be faithful to your claimants and don\’t cause spoiliation! To an investigator, this is not a good advancement in the insurance industry since we needs to inspect these vehicles and I see an issus of good faith. Be Careful and don\’t hurt this Great industry!

    This looks like an excellent program to me. As a consumer, I know the inconvienience associated with an automobile accident. If this service delivers on its promise, why wouldn\’t I choose this company?

    it sounds great to customers, up front.
    but what they don\’t tell you is if you do not uses their service you become a red headed stepchild…I have had several customers complain tha premeir has tried to bully them int to using this new service. And it does not tell you that untrained votech students will be takeing apart your car..insurance companys have no right to touch your car only to pay for the prop[er repairs needed on them
