Maybe this is a dumb question, but if she was getting chemotherapy wouldn\’t that affect (and kill the cancer in) her entire body? So they figured the cancer to be in a different location. They were still treating cancer. And I agree – how can the partner sue for loss of consortium when consortium was already lost due to this disease (and it\’s current and future treatments) before they married? Anyway. As far as all the opinions flying off the deep end about religion, our country, our morals – you folks really don\’t have enough to do. We are all opinionated, hopefully, but posting it here?
