Penn Treaty American Adds La Pierre as Senior VP of Claims Management and Policyholder Services

Penn Treaty American Corporation announced that Stephen LaPierre has joined the company as senior vice president, Claims Management & Policyholder Services.

LaPierre has more than 20 years of healthcare administration and long-term care insurance risk management experience. He most recently served as the president of LaPierre & Associates LLC, a consulting firm that provided comprehensive claim management and long-term care insurance operations risk audit services to insurance carriers and third party administrators seeking to enhance profitability through better claim management.

He has provided consulting services to many of the top long-term care insurers in the nation, including Penn Treaty.
