Comlete nationwide coverage with licensed, PX Certified property loss experts working under one methodology, supported by the technology PropertyExpert has used to process more than one million claims annually worldwide.
EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — October 9, 2026 — PropertyExpert today announced the PX Connect Network, bringing PX Certified property loss experts to carriers in all 50 states for desk, field and specialty adjusting.
In traditional independent adjusting models, quality can vary by adjuster, office or region. Every PX Connect Network assignment is instead handled under a single PropertyExpert methodology and supported by AiCheck, the company’s proprietary technology for scope, estimate and invoice validation, structured data capture and accuracy assurance. Carriers get a resource they can use for daily claims, overflow, specialty losses and catastrophe response without adding permanent staff — and without trading away consistency, visibility or defensibility.
“Carriers told us they don’t need another platform or another set of rules. They need a resource that moves the needle for the claims organization without creating more leakage,” said Phillip Morris, VP of US Strategic Growth at PropertyExpert. “They shouldn’t have to choose between great people and great technology. The PX Connect Network brings both together in one operating model built to produce accurate, consistent and defensible outcomes.”
One Network, One Methodology
The PX Connect Network includes more than 500 PX Certified experts who have completed PropertyExpert’s rigorous certification curriculum in ethics, complex coverage, estimating and claims handling. Capacity scales to carrier volume, and standardized workflows and documentation apply on every file regardless of geography. Carriers have real-time visibility into assignment status, cycle time, documentation and outcomes throughout the claim.
Technology Inside the Process, Not Alongside It
AiCheck works within the claims workflow rather than as a separate platform carriers must adopt. It validates estimates and invoices, automates documentation and produces data-backed quality recommendations — so carriers can see exactly how each outcome was reached, not just the result.
PropertyExpert’s technology currently processes more than 100,000 claims per month. Across the company’s operations in Europe, APAC and North America it has delivered:
- 31%+ straight-through processing
- 22%+ loss settlement recapture
- Lower loss adjustment expense and shortened cycle times
“As an industry, we’ve spent years using technology to make an old process slightly faster. That’s a ceiling, not a strategy,” said David Goertz, Global Chief Operating Officer of PropertyExpert. “We’ve shown across Europe, APAC and North America what happens when technology gives adjusters better information, greater consistency and fewer administrative tasks. The PX Connect Network brings that to the field and desk work U.S. carriers assign every day — and the policyholder is who feels the difference.”
Availability
The PX Connect Network is available now for field, desk and specialty adjusting assignments throughout the United States, including daily claims and catastrophe response.
