Advance Insurance Services Acquires J.D. Ellington Insurance Services.

Las Vegas NV.– Advance Insurance Services acquired the assets of J.D Ellington Insurance Services, Inc. the transaction was completed April 30th. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Advance Insurance Services, www.advancenv.com based in Las Vegas, Nevada completed the acquisition to grow their existing commercial lines department. Advance Insurance Services sells Personal and Commercial Lines through 4 retail locations in Nevada.

J.D. Ellington Insurance Services, Inc. was established 10 years ago and specialized in Large Commercial Accounts including, Manufacturing, Dairy and Workers Comp. Doug Ellington, the owner and founder of J.D. Ellington Insurance Services, Inc. sold his agency because he accepted the position as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Meadowbrook Insurance Company.
