The Online Response Center (ORC) provides immediate job dispatch and assignment. Unlike other online contractor dispatch solutions, IMACC ORC provides a direct link to the dispatch center and attaches a tracking number to monitor the dispatch progress and subsequent assignment for easy online tracking. Additionally, a Claims Virtual Adjusting Technology (CVAT) Claim File is automatically created, allowing claim documentation and review to begin immediately.

It will help to speed assignment as well as ensure information accuracy across the board,” said Jordan Anderson, Director of Information Technology. “With this new system the entire claims management process, from assignment and documentation to claim closure, can all be tracked and preserved electronically.”
