The Assembly and Senate judiciary committees met Wednesday to discuss AB125, which is sponsored by the Assembly Judiciary Committee.

A hearing on a similar bill last session drew homeowners with horror stories about how they couldn’t get help with broken pipes, sagging floors and fungus.
