GEICO Hiring Auto Damage Adjusters in Las Vegas

October 7, 2014

In order to keep up with rapid growth, GEICO is looking to add to its ranks of dedicated auto damage adjusters, both in entry-level positions and in leadership roles.

Entry level jobs for adjusters begin with specialized training, and there is also an auto damage Management Development Program (MDP), one of GEICO’s accelerated leadership programs for college graduates.

Auto damage adjusters serve as the company’s ambassadors of customer service and must have a strong desire to help customers after an accident and excellent time management skills. Candidates looking for a fast-paced job that involves working independently as well as in a team environment should apply immediately through the GEICO auto damage careers page. Selected applicants will be contacted for on-site interviews at a future hiring event.

GEICO offers an extensive 12-week training program for auto damage adjusters, including four weeks at the GEICO Auto Damage School in McLean, Va. In addition, the company offers competitive starting salaries, a comprehensive benefits package, continuing education, and a friendly, supportive workplace.
