Police in Idaho Falls arrested a 36-year-old man on suspicion of arson after a weekend house fire.
Benjamin Ross Baldwin was booked into the Bonneville County Jail on suspicion of first-degree arson after a fire Sunday night that caused an estimated $95,000 in damage to his house.
Police reports say witnesses saw Baldwin leave the house just before neighbors spotted the fire and called 911 at 10:20 p.m.
The fire was contained to the basement, but the house suffered heavy smoke damage.
No one was injured.
