A San Francisco Bay area woman is back behind the wheel after being pulled over three times in one hour for speeding on a California highway.
Lynne Cahill-Gomez of Hayward was released from a Yuba County jail Monday following her arrest two days earlier on suspicion of reckless driving.
The California Highway Patrol says the 53-year-old was pulled over driving 103 mph on Highway 70 Saturday night. The CHP says she was pulled over again 20 minutes later going 105 mph.
Authorities say 40 minutes after that she was pulled over for going 76 mph in a 55 mph zone.
Cahill-Gomez told KPIX-TV that she was rushing to help her injured 79-year-old mother and wasn’t worrying about her speed.
