A southern Arizona wildfire is 60 percent contained according to Coronado National Forest Service officials. The Hilton fire has been burning since Saturday afternoon in the Empire Hills north of Sonoita.
About 300 acres of dry brush and grass has burned on private lands and land covered by the Bureau of Land Management. A U.S. Forest Service spokeswoman tells KOLD-TV they believe the fire was started by someone and the cause is under investigation.
About 130 people from multiple fire agencies are fighting the wildfire.
