A Clark County fire spokesman siad almost two dozen other workers escaped serious injury when the second floor caved in as they were pouring concrete at the M Resort project.
A broken ankle and a separated shoulder were the most serious injuries reported by the seven people taken to hospitals.
Henderson and Clark County fire heavy rescue crews responded to the mishap at the hotel-casino construction site on south Las Vegas Boulevard and Saint Rose Parkway.
County fire spokesman Scott Allison said no one was on ground floor beneath the area where the men were working.
Nevada OSHA is investigating.
