Arizona-based AutoClaims Direct has appointed Cathi Martin to oversee four teams of account managers and auditors for AutoClaims Direct’s western regional accounts.
Previously, Martin was a senior account manager overseeing customer service and auditing for several nationwide accounts.
Martin has 16 years of experience as a senior adjuster and total loss specialist.
