Explorer, ProcessClaims Renew Partnership

California-based Explorer Insurance Company, a member company of the ICW Group, has renewed their agreement with ProcessClaims for an additional three years.

Explorer utilizes the ProcessClaims business process management platform to streamline the resolution of material damage claims throughout its claims organization and trading partners. Explorer recently implemented a unique configuration that routes claims based on Explorer’s business rules to the most qualified person to handle the next phase of the claim resolution process.
