CORT Furniture Rental is working with various insurance companies, national and local relief agencies and individuals to help locate and furnish temporary housing and offices for fire victims. The company’s relationships with apartment communities, building managers and leasing agents, and third party relocation firms throughout the fire-ravaged areas will enable them to quickly locate and furnish temporary facilities.

RelocationCentral by CORT also offers apartment locator assistance in the affected areas. Fire victims will receive 25 percent off the first month’s rent on a six-month minimum lease. Additionally they will receive a 15 percent discount in the CORT Furniture Rental Clearance Center, which also applies when they use Red Cross vouchers to purchase home and office furniture.

CORT has worked with disaster victims nationwide, and has experience in providing support to the Federal Emergency Management Association (FEMA) and major national insurance companies to help meet the needs created by large scale property loss.
