Worley Claims Services, a national insurance claims services provider, announced the acquisition of RJMW Claims Services, Inc., a provider of daily and catastrophe residential and commercial property claims services based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1982, RJMW is one of the largest independent insurance claims adjusting and services providers in the U.S. The company is a multi-line insurance adjusting firm providing daily and specialized claims administration services for all claim types, including residential, commercial, flood, litigation and third party administrative claim services.
In August, Worley completed its acquisition of NCA Group, Inc., a provider of daily and catastrophe residential and commercial property claims services throughout North America, creating a diversified claims services company.
Aquiline Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity firm investing in financial services, acquired a majority stake in Worley in October of 2014.
