Volunteers from around the Hattiesburg, Miss., area are set to begin work on homes damaged by a tornado last February.
People who have registered through the website of “Volunteer Hattiesburg” will be sent out during the coming week to repair homes that were damaged by the Feb. 10 storm.
The Hattiesburg American reports that money donated to the Pine Belt Community Disaster Fund will be spent to supply volunteers with the necessary materials to make those repairs.
